the client is known for producing mineral wool, its TEL glass wool centrifugal process is used in more than 20 countries around the world. Its parent company is one of the world\'s top 100 industrial groups.
The needs of customers:The client finds that many of its agents have been go to brand A, in addition, it has repeatedly lost to brand A in market competition. The client arranged Marketing Department to visit agent and to check agent\'s opinions. However, the feedback showed good evaluation. The client hopes to hear the agent\'s voice from and truly understand agent\'s evaluation and opinions on him through the third-party study.
The service content:In order to dig deeply into agents\' inner voice, the survey pays more attention to reason digging in addition to index scoring system. The interviewees were asked to compare A and client in below 6 aspects: product, sales, technology, brand, marketing and delivery, so as to understand true performance of client\'s brand.
Research results:1. Helped client systematically sort out the whole business process and established internal KPI assessment system; 2. Understand agent\'s true evaluation and the reasons for loss.
