The needs of customers:The client is a regional TCM medical center, has provided local TCM medical services for many years. The client aims to understand current situation of patient satisfaction of hospital through this survey, provide data support for performance evaluation of various departments, and continuously improve patient satisfaction.
The service content:This survey is based on different departments, make satisfaction evaluation for each link of medical treatment from outpatient, inpatient & AMP,discharge patient.
